When you contact us, we ask a few simple questions, including your square footage, sod variety, delivery address, and intended installation date. Then we provide a quote and help you schedule delivery.
How Our Sod Delivery Process Works
When you request a quote, we will ask for your preferred installation date and work to schedule delivery as close to that timeframe as possible. Orders are typically delivered by semi truck and forklift and placed curbside at the delivery address. Deliveries are usually scheduled by location and fall within either a morning or afternoon window.
If you need pallet placement somewhere other than the curb, you can make that request when ordering, though final placement is always at the driver’s discretion based on site conditions and access. After your order is placed, you will receive a customer order number and a link where you can check your order status online. As your scheduled delivery window approaches, we will narrow it down further and provide a 2-hour delivery window.
Minimum order is 200 square feet. Delivery is $100 for orders from 200 to 495 square feet, $50 for orders from 500 to 995 square feet, and free for orders of 1,000 square feet or more.

Many of our customers handle their own installations and come to us after doing a lot of the hard work up front. By the time they request a quote, they have often already measured the yard, researched how to install sod, installed irrigation, and prepared the soil for laying sod by adding the proper amendments. They have also usually researched sod varieties and compared delivery options and pricing. They want fresh product, exceptional prices, and a straightforward ordering process.
We sell by the square foot, not just by the pallet, which helps reduce excess waste and avoid paying for more sod than your project actually needs. As a direct-to-consumer supplier, we help keep pricing down by cutting out retail yard markups.

Don’t Get Caught Short — Order a Little Extra Sod
We recommend ordering a little extra sod for every project to account for cuts and layout waste. For oddly shaped yards, add 5% to 10% extra to allow for curves, corners, and irregular areas.
